Pay for electricity

POST

/v1/electricity/b2b-pay

Buys electricity for a prepaid or postpaid meter. You are charged the amount less your electricity discount, from your wallet. A prepaid token comes back as tokenOrPin once the transaction is SUCCESS; poll GET /v1/electricity/b2b/{reference} while it is PROCESSING.
